MATRIX EDUCATION Teaching program continues to follow an action-oriented pedagogy. The program is designed in such a manner so as to incorporate fundamental concepts in the initial phase followed by the application and subsequent integration with the real-life situations.

Initially, at higher levels, students work individually studying assigned cases, reading material, completing exercises, extracting pertinent facts, and identifying issues or concepts that require in-depth understanding. They are expected to contribute to the learning process by sharing accumulated active discussions. Judicious blend of learning processes in addition to self- study are used at the institute.

Lectures and Discussions: Lectures by faculty are used to introduce concepts, techniques, issues, and moderate the exchange of individual views.

Innovative Practice at Matrix Education

The students’ performance is monitored at all steps and levels. Each students’ weekly reports are maintained with all his class performance as well as his homework submission. Apart from this, every 4 to 6 weeks they are given their Progress Reports to keep them on the right track for continuous improvement and skill development.

To keep them motivated, we have developed a unique REWARD POINT SYSTEM. We believe in positively motivating the students. Every student at the beginning gets 25 reward points as bonus and then they earn more points by participating in the class, doing the class assignments, homework submission on or before the deadlines. Bonus Points are awarded to the students who are well organized, self-motivated, and come up with more questions and different attitude of handling the difficult practice sessions. At every 500 points students earn Prizes from Matrix Education and these points keep adding to the level of 10,000 points where they are rewarded with ipads, iwatches, iphones, beats etc. to name a few reward prizes
